The Law of Sacrifice

Create a big vision for yourself, your marriage, your personal life, and your professional life. Actively seek out the potential in other people, encourage them, and give them the chance to grow. Even if it means surpassing yourself. Help them rise above you. If you can do that, you will create great added value, not only for the people around you, but also for your company.

Skills Labor Shortage

Many medium-sized companies fail to engage Generation Z because they do not understand their needs. I can very well imagine that, because 95% of all people have great difficulties with changes that affect their personal values. The greatest fear is questioning one's own thought processes. A person must first realize that they can change something. But most people fail at that already.

Success Through Action

In the process of overcoming obstacles, it often seems as if nothing is moving forward and we're treading water. Yet this is precisely the time when we grow. We look for solutions, for new ways to tackle the problem. This is also the phase when our foundation becomes stronger. This is the time when we become creative and seek new resources. These are the moments when we shift our thinking, create new routines, strengthen our skills and strengths, and sharpen our senses. And in the end, we will emerge from the situation more successful. "Therefore, let us not grow weary in doing well, for the time will come when we will reap a bountiful harvest, but let us not give up before it is done!" Galatians 6:9

Divergent Thinking - Are you in the top 2%?

Being able to think outside the box, having the ability to find multiple solutions to a problem. Producing original and creative approaches is divergent thinking. Studies show that this ability decreases dramatically in children as they grow older. George Land and Beth Jarman tested the creative abilities of 1,600 children between the ages of three and five in a long-term study. 98% of the children scored at the “genius” level. Among adults, the value of leaving one's own comfort zone and thinking creatively, originally and unconventionally is only 2%!

Guilty of The Same Error

We find it difficult to admit shortcomings or ever admit that we are wrong. We don't want to admit that a situation is different than we wish it were. Let’s also fool ourselves. And because we don't see the truth, we can't act accordingly.
