The Law of Sacrifice
Leader Must Give Up to Go Up
Giving up, slacking off, letting others do what they want, not defending yourself, sacrificing yourself.
Failure, victim, loser, weakling?
How does that fit into our society?
Today is Good Friday, and I recall the leader of all time, Jesus Christ. He was so convinced of his mission that he allowed weaker people to arrest, mock, and crucify him. Jesus gave his life to follow the law of sacrifice.
Whether you believe in God or not, this is about someone who has the power to turn the situation to their advantage, yet still doesn't do it. They have a clear mission to fulfill their vision. Although they are afraid and doubtful, they do not lose sight of their goal, because they know their goal will have a massive impact.
How do you feel about not being a winner? When was the last time you let someone else win when you had the better cards?
If you manage to live the law of sacrifice, you will build strong relationships. If you serve your partner at home, your employees, colleagues, etc., they will be more likely to see you as a leader than if you downplay and offer little support out of fear that someone might try to undermine you and take your position.
That's scarcity thinking!
Create a big vision for yourself, your marriage, your personal life, and your professional life. Actively seek out the potential in other people, encourage them, and give them the chance to grow. Even if it means surpassing yourself. Help them rise above you. If you can do that, you will create great added value, not only for the people around you, but also for your company.
Does this thought alone make you uncomfortable? It's a development that can be learned. A development of one's own personality, and it takes time.
If you stick with it, a whole new world will open up for you, not only in your professional life, but also in your personal life. Still don't know how? Contact me!
