High Performance Habits

High Performance Habits

What Do Successful People Do Differently?

"Motivation is what gets  you started.
Habit is what keeps you going."

Jim Rohn

Delivering exceptional performance (high performance) means being consistently more successful than the standard and doing so continuously over a longer period of time.

High performers, whether individuals, teams or companies, achieve better results over a longer period of time.

Many people make progress, but with no visible impact. High performers break the norm. They consistently exceed expectations and results.

Very successful people have several skills that help them be successful in the long term and they can lead other people.

They have overarching habits that enable them to be successful in multiple areas of life.

A super athlete is not only excellent in his sport, no, he masters self-discipline, knows about nutrition, knows how to strengthen himself mentally, how to negotiate contracts, build his brand, etc.

Consistently achieving beyond the standard norm means having habits that promote your well-being, that build enriching relationships, and ensure that you serve others on your path to success.

High performers are less stressed.

High performers love challenges and are confident in achieving their goals despite emerging adversities.

High performers are healthier than their peers.

High performers are happy.

High performers are admired.

High performers see and serve beyond their strengths.

We must be willing to look beyond our limitations, beyond what we can achieve naturally. We must be able to clearly see where we need to go to grow, serve and lead.

Regardless of where you are:

  1. Determine the area in which you want to improve.
  2. Find out what skills you need to master this area.
  3. Make this task your priority!

Ask yourself the following questions every day:

  1. Did I live fully today
  2. Have I loved
  3. Did I matter to my life and the lives of others?

To achieve exceptional performance in any situation, you must develop the following habits:

Personal:

  1. You need clarity about where you want to grow.
  2. Increase your energy levels.
  3. Increase the urgency for this task.

Social:

  1. Increase your productivity
  2. Develop influence
  3. Demonstrate courage and be authentic.
