Leadership
Lead People Successfully

We always deal with people, be it in the family or in the work environment. This is one of the biggest challenges, especially in business.
The Carnegie Endowment for Advancement and Teaching has found that our financial success depends only 15 percent on our knowledge and 85 percent on our personality and ability to lead people.
